  11. The Acorn International Conference features more than 20 educational
  12. hardware and software developers from the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
  13.  
  14. Keynote addresses will be presented by Kevin Richardson, formerly the
  15. Director of School of the Future in South Australia, and by Sam Wauchope,
  16. Managing Director of Acorn Computers UK.
  17.  
  18. The developers will be running 32 hands-on workshops aimed at helping
  19. teachers develop their skills in using computers in the classroom with
  20. their students.  A summary of what the developers from the UK will be
  21. focussing on in their workshops and displays is outlined below.

  23. In addition to these workshops there will be an 'exhibition' area and
  24. formal display sessions. Meals and morning and afternoon teas are included
  25. in the registration fee.
